You and a guest are invited to join Mayor Gregor Robertson and Vancouver City Council in honouring the recipients of the 2012 Mayor’s Arts Awards.

The ceremony will honour recipients of this year’s awards for studio and performing arts and the emerging artists they have chosen to share their awards, as well as the contributions of the award recipients for philanthropy, volunteerism, business support, lifetime achievement, and arts board member of the year.
Well-known theatre critic Jerry Wasserman will be our Master of Ceremonies, rising young singer Ali Milner will entertain, and we'll enjoy a special reading by Vancouver’s Poet Laureate Evelyn Lau.
